Our standard support for NetPRT is what we call operational support.
Operational support consists of ensuring that the various servers are up, running,
and Internet accessible, that daily backups happen, that security checks happen,
and that our users are able to manage their accounts and access email properly.
As part of our operational support, we monitor various software servers and
services on our hardware servers. The site monitoring software is located both
onboard the hardware server being monitored, and also offsite, which helps provide
a good picture off any possible network or server problem. As a result, we can
respond to a problem as soon as it is discovered.
